Two Pears Fine Art Print

Hello from Virginia!  Well our temperature has suddenly changed from pleasant to a very, very  warm 91 degrees. I am thankful for air condition!

Debra, my daughter shops for my groceries, she loves to buy the fruit and vegetables that I paint. These pears were juicy and ripe, just ready to eat, so I photographed them, then we ate them for dinner.

Green Hummingbird

Hello!  This has been a beautiful day, the temperature has been perfect and I hope your life is moving along smoothly.

Well after a long cold winter here in Virginia the hummingbirds have returned back to our back yard. There is one that always roosts on a small tree limb just a few feet from our back deck. We sit and watch them as they come up to the feeders and sip the nectar water from the feeders.

Wattermelon and Kiwi Fruit

Hello!  It is a beautiful sun shiny day here in Virginia and I hope your life is moving along smoothly…

What do you think about color? Is color something that you use in your home decorating? I do, I use lots of color and I also wear bright colors, not gaudy but cheerful colors.

Abstract Apple Tree

Hello from Virginia! Another cool day here and cool enough to have the heat on.

 

I love to do abstract paintings, they don't really have to make any sense, abstracts have no connection with objective or observable objects, they are aesthetically beautiful and an abstract painting can add a beautiful decorative touch to your walls.

Pink Roses and Hat

Today I actually have the heat on because it is a cold, cloudy and damp day here in Virginia, but I do hope your day is going well.

I think today I will publish my painting of "Pink Roses and Hat" it will lift my mood.

Egg Plant

This morning when I stepped outside to check the weather it was just cool enough that I needed to wear a light sweater.  I thought, this is a great time to start thinking about planting a garden.

We have a small place to plant a garden and last year we grew some Egg Plants so I painted one of the Egg Plants that grew in our garden last summer.
